Product Description
APP Series C-frame console pressess are specialized riveting equipments without rivets. In stead of all previous methods which have involved economic and technical problems, they will join different materials by means of a deep drawing-pressing process, and which do so without damage to the surface, purely by displacing and forming.
It assures you with high productive efficiency as well as full process automaticly monitoring and joining strength checking.
In the process of pressing, sheet metals of different thicknesses or materials, even with adhesives or other intermediate layers are fully joined.
In industrial applications, Its available of clinching for single sheet thicknesses of 0.5 mm up to a total layer thickness of 11.0 mm and up to 7500 N tensile strength. In laboratory tests significantly higher values have already been achieved!
